Thanks Ginger! I really appreciate your help. I tried your tips this morning and it was successful! Thanks again!
Thank you so much Chris. I really appreciate your post and kindness.
THanks Ginger – This helps a lot. I am going to continue to reflect about what you said. Yes, the 3-6 year old kindergarten does resonate with me. I felt to compelled to revisit it because I know what I was doing did not sit right with me. I think I am only hesitant because others are doing preschool so different. I am feeling alone……My husband has some mental and physical health issues and it is quite lonely. I sincerely appreciate your help Ginger. Thank you again.
Thanks Ginger. She loves the idea of being around other people. I feel that as an only child she is lonely. So yes, it is really for just social reasons. I wish we had a Waldorf school closer. My child also rises early and goes to bed early and is tired mid-day. I am concerned how she will handle a 30 minute bus ride in kindergarten to and from school. She will also be there until 3:30.
I am okay with the preschool because it is truly child centered. Kindergarten in another year worries me. I know “all the others” adjust (so I am told) just fine.
I worry I will ruin her in some way if I homeschool her. I am not sure why…….
Thanks so much again.
Oh, thank you! I never trust myself enough. Maybe I will sign her up for 1 or 2 lessons and see if it worthwhile.
AH-Mazing! The beauty is its simplicity, succinctness, and holistic approach to organizing resources and mapping our homeschooling year. It is just what I needed in the next step of our new journey. Thank you for making my life easier!
