Returns

Due to the uncertainty and chaos of shipping, we regretfully no longer offer refunds or returns.  This is especially so for international orders. If you get ‘snagged’ by Customs fees, we certainly understand that you might refuse your package—but do know that we cannot accept that return and therefore cannot, under any circumstances, give you a refund. This means that international orders are something of a gamble—please consider this carefully before you order.

Please ensure that when you make your purchase you check carefully to ensure that it is accurate (no mistaken multiple items, correct shipping address and so on) because once made, orders cannot be changed. All sales are final and there are no refunds or returns. We regret that any orders sent back to us will be refused  and returned to the sender at their expense.
