Our one-sided society often overlooks and undervalues achievement in realms of life other than academics: whether one is knitting a lamb or carving a figure, one should strive toward excellence, toward doing one’s best. An important goal of Christopherus is to help a child learn to value not outer validation, but the inner satisfaction that comes from a job well done.
